For the first step you only need your name, email, contact, a username, and a password. You add each child's details separately from inside the portal.
The intake form includes short experience questions. System recommends Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. Staff adjust after an in-person assessment.
Yes. One parent account supports multiple children. Use Add Child inside the portal as many times as needed.
Click Sign In and enter the username and password from signup.
Click Forgot Password on the login page. A reset link will arrive in your registered email.
Invoices appear in your portal. Scan the QR with your banking app, pay, screenshot the success, upload as proof. Admin reviews within 1 business day.
